もうずいぶん昔に作って以来、しばらくやっていませんでしたが今日また作ってみました。
今回の作品の基本デザインは、長野県小布施の和紙屋さんで販売されているものを参考にさせていただきました。
It made it today though it had not done for a while any longer after it fairly made it in old times.
A basic design of this work was going to refer to the one sold in Japanese paper shop in Nagano Prefecture Obuse.
簡単に作り方を説明してみたいと思います。製作時間は3時間ほどでした。
I want to explain how to make easily. The production time was about three hours.
１．材料
・和紙（と言いたい所ですが実際に和紙を使ったのは髪だけです。ほかは透かし模様入りの障子紙を使いました（その方がきれいだったので）。もちろん和紙でもOKです。
・綿（頭と胴体の基本部分に使います）
・針金
・その他、飾りにつける模様
1. Material
･It was only a hair that actually used Japanese paper though it was a place that said as Japanese paper (The sliding-screen paper with the watermark was used (Because that was more beautiful). Of course, Japanese paper is OK.
･Cotton(Use it for a basic part in the head and the body. )
･Wire
･Additionally, it will apply it to the decoration.
２．道具
・はさみ、カッター、千枚通し、塗り箸、紙用ボンド、ツマ楊枝、糸

･It places it, and it is a bond for the cutter, the awl, lacquered chopsticks, and paper, [tsuma] toothpick, and a string.
３．作り方
1.頭を作る。
3. How to make
1. The head is made.
綿を直径1.3cm位にかために丸め、薄い和紙かティッシュで包みます。顔の下半分が見えますのでそこだけはシワが出来ないように伸ばします。頭の後ろで糸で縛り、ボンドで固めておきます。
Cotton is rounded to hardening, and wrapped in about 1.3cm in the diameter in thin Japanese paper or the tissue. Because the lower half of the face is seen, it extends only there to do wrinkle. It binds with the string in the head back, and it hardens it by the bond.
2.骨組みを作る。
2. The bone union is made.
長さ12cmの針金を3本用意します。
Three wires of 12cm in length are prepared. 
先ほど作った頭に千枚通しで穴を開け、針金2本を差込みます。
The head made ahead is punctured with the awl, and two wire [masu] including the difference.
3.胴体を作る。
3. The body is made.
針金の首の部分に細く切った和紙を巻きます。
そこに残りの1本の針金を横に渡し、腕にします。
脚の針金を一度腕に掛け、クロスしたあと下に下ろします。

4.胴体を作る。
4. The body is made.
胴体の基本となる綿と下着（和紙）を用意します。
Cotton and the undergarment (Japanese paper) that is basic in the body are prepared.
胴体に綿を巻きます。Yの字型に裂いた綿の一本の部分を背中に接着、肩越しに後ろから前にY字の二股を前に回します。
その上に同じ形に作った和紙で同様に下着を作ります。最後に糸でとめておきます。
Cotton is rolled in the body. One part of the cotton split into the character type of Y is bonded to the back, it turns in the shoulder, and the forked of Y character is turned ahead from the back ahead.
Moreover, the undergarment is similarly made with the Japanese paper made in the same type. It stops it with the string at the end.
5.着物を作る。
5. The kimono is made.
和紙を使い、腕の根元、着物を重ねて作っていきます。ある程度の厚みを作るのと、角はきっちり作らず、ふんわりとさせます。
The root and the kimono of the arm are made with Japanese paper repeatedly. Making some thickness, and the corner do not tightly make, and make it softly.
袖の部分は二重にします。やはり何重に重ねた和紙で作ります。これは内側の部分だけを付けたところです。
The part of the sleeve is made double. It still makes it with the Japanese paper piled up to piles how many. This put only an inside part.
袖を二重にして、着物の裾を作ります。
The sleeve is made double, and the skirt of the kimono is made.
帯は細く切って折り重ねた和紙で別の部品で作ります。
The belt is made from another parts with the Japanese paper that is thinly cut and folded.
6.髪を付ける。
6. The hair is put up.
髪の毛は和紙に縮みくせをつけて作ります。やり方はすべりやすい箸（塗り箸がよい）に和紙を軽く巻きつけ、これを端から縮めてくせを付けます。
髪の毛は前髪とその他の2つの部品から作ります。扇型に切ったものを前髪とします。
その他の部分は頭の全周をおおう適当な大きさに切った和紙の一方の端を糸でかがっていき、最後にこれを引っ張って縮めて天頂部とします。
The hair is made applying the shrinking habit to Japanese paper. The way lightly wraps Japanese paper around slippery chopsticks (Lacquered chopsticks are good), shortens this from the edge, and puts the habit.
The hair is made from the forelock and the other two parts. What cut in fan type is made a forelock.
The other edge of the Japanese paper cut in a suitable size with which all surroundings of the head are covered is darned with the string, it pulls, this is shortened at the end, and other parts are assumed to be a zenith part.

和紙人形の髪の毛に使う、皺の入った和紙（ちりめん、縮緬紙、クレープペーパー）の作り方について解説します。
Using paper doll hair, wrinkled paper into (crepe paper) describes how to make.
用意するのは、作りたい大きさよりかなり大きめの和紙。（これも私は障子紙を使いました）
Getting ready is much larger than the size of paper to create. (I also used a paper sliding door)
巻きつける箸。出来ればすべりやすい菜箸のようなものがいいです。
Wraparound chopsticks. I have a kind of slippery chopsticks if possible.
箸に紙をゆるめに巻きます。
Wrap the paper into chopsticks to loosen.
紙を箸の端に寄せて、左右から押し付けて縮めます。 やりにくい時は、写真のようにテーブルに押しつけます。
Gather the ends of the chopsticks, paper, shrink from pushing left and right. Awkward at the table like a picture Press the instrument.
ゆっくり開くと皺が入った縮緬紙が出来ます。
Crepe paper into wrinkles can carefully open.
出来上がった紙は、大きさが10%ほど小さくなっています。
The finished paper, making it 10% smaller size.
場所によって皺の入り方が違うので、気に入った所を使います。
It is different depending on where the entering and wrinkles, use your favorite places.
あとは中の針金を曲げて好きなポーズをとらせます。
An inside wire is made to strike a pose the favor the bend.
7.完成
7. Completion
最後に髪の左右と着物に適当な飾りを付けます。私の場合はピンクの小さな星型のものをいくつか付けてみました。頭に同じくピンクの刺繍糸を蝶結びにしてとめてあります。
A suitable decoration is put on the right and left and the kimono of the hair at the end. Some things of a pink, small star type were put for me. A pink embroidery string is made a butterfly knot similarly and it is stopped it in the head.
後ろ姿です。
It is a back figure.

その中に、「自分も作ってみたいので、それぞれの部品の大きさを教えてください」というメールがありました。
こういう作品を作るときは、設計図を書いて作ったのはありません。
現物合わせで適当に素材を切って作りますし、メモも残していないので部品のサイズの記録はありません。
でも、少しでも参考になればと思い、記憶と写真を元に大まかなサイズをお知らせします。

But I hope to be able to make even a little helpful information, the approximate size based on memory and photos.
まず、頭の大きさは、球体の直径は1.3cmです。
骨組みとなる針金は、縦の棒（胴体と足になります）の長さが12cmのものが二本、横の棒（腕になります）の長さが同じく12cmです。
針金の胴体の上に被せた綿の大きさは、縦が8cm、横が3cmくらいで、下半分を二つに裂いています。
この綿に被せた下着になる紙の大きさは、縦が7cm、横が2.5cmです。
袖の下の部分は3cm×6cmのものを二つに折って、輪のようにして腕に通します。
さらにその上に被せる袖は6cm×12cmのものを、やはり二つに折って輪にして、腕に通します。
背中に付けた帯は、上の左右に広がった部分は横幅が5cm、幅は1cmくらいになるように作ります。
帯の下側は、幅1cm、長さ15cmのものを作り、左右の先端をクルクルと丸めます。
髪の毛を作る紙は、10cm×10cmのものを棒に巻きつけて丸めて縮めます。
前髪は1.5cm、後ろ髪は2.5cm、左右はそれぞれ2.5cmです。

すぐ分かると思います。わたしはインドネシアですんでいますが、１９９６年に名
古屋でちょっとわしにんぎょうを勉強しました。もし、ほかの作り方があったら、
教えてくれませんか。なぜなら、今高校で日本の文化と日本語を教えています。
